Good story

One thing I disliked is why Bree was describing Edward as a red head strange

not Stephanie's usual vibe

although this book is a footnote on the Twilight series, I thought it was very insightful to how every vampire lives in the Twilight universe who aren't the Cullens, something that we hear second hand from characters but never see first hand. it paints an important picture about the rest of the vampire world.

Short and interesting.

I love the twilight saga. This novella is a perfect example of why these books are so popular. In these short 4 hours we meet a girl, struggle with right and wrong whilst falling in love. Since most people picking up this story have hopefully already read eclipse it is easy to get into the story and compare to the timeline. If you are reading or have read the twilight series this book is a great addition.

Left me wanting more

I knew how it would end but I wanted so much more. The narration wasn't as good as Ilyana Kadushin but she did a good job. It explained a few holes that Eclipse left out. It's too bad it was an after thought because it would have helped Meyer expand more with Breaking Dawn. Worth my time and credit and I'm glad I spent my morning listening.

Great back story

I enjoy reading books that give you a different characters point of view. This book fills in the back story of the "army" that is being created to attack the Cullen's way of life. By telling the story of one new vampire, Stephenie Meyer gives clarity to the plotting of the Volturi to "collect" members (Edward, Alice and Bella) as well as the mind of Victoria. I hope she chooses to finish the book based on the story from Edwards point of view.

Great fill in to a small, but awesome character

i loved her character. Wish she had lived to be a bigger piece of this trilogy, but love she was explained more extensively and given this time in her own book. long live Bree !!!!
