Penny is sick of boys and sick of dating. So she vows: no more. It's a personal choice...and, of course, soon everyone wants to know about it. And a few other girls are inspired. A movement is born: The Lonely Hearts Club (named after the band from Sgt. Pepper). Penny is suddenly known for her nondating ways...which is too bad, because there's this certain boy she can't help but like.

"A must-read for anyone who's ever fallen in love - or sworn it off completely. A funny, fantastic debut!" (Stephenie Meyer)
Karaoke scene was epic.
When Penny first spoke to the club.
I love The Beatles, so of course I devoured this book. It's fun and light and inspirational. I wish there had been more of a conclusion to the book, but I enjoyed what I listened to. Would recommend to anyone just needing some fluff in their reading.
*starts singing* Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band . . .
I like to read VERY much .. I'm obsessed with reading I don't have time to actually read a book so I've been a listener for three years now
because it's about the importance of friendship and how a girl must never sell her soul to the devil ( ehm I mean to a guy ) LOL
my favorite character was Dania because she is strong welled and charming
all of them were very very good and I liked her performance very much
Girls are uniting
