I'd never heard of this before, but it was offered for free. I enjoyed it. It doesn't really cover a lot because it is sort of an intro to a series, but it does grab your attention.
I like the basic story behind her "gift".
This was a nice story, though not something I plan to read more of. My teenage daughter read some of these books and found them entertaining.
It was good, I enjoyed the narrators voice, very smooth and easy to listen to.
I thought this was a great way to open up a series, a very interesting listen. I cannot remember when I got this but I have had this audio for awhile. I did enjoy the listen and look forward to reading the rest of this book.
It has a lot of twists and turns, a true page turner for a very short listen.
It... wasn't... about anything.
There was no point to it. No plot. To punch line. No moral. No story.
The reader did a really good job adding voice to the characters and making them sound real.
None. I just want to know what the story actually WAS.
Mysterious. Intriguing. Alluring.
The last scene where the main character realizes an absolute truth. It made me want to read the next book and know more about her predicament.
No, this was my first time listening to her performance but I instantly took a great liking to it.
Yes, in fact, I listened to it again right after it ended. It was a short book so that was no big deal. I wanted to soak in every part of the story.
I really like this storyline so far and have already listened to the next book, which is Book 1 of the series (this being the prequel). I'm ready for Book 2. Great series so far. The narrator is really good. She really drew me into the story.
