My 14 year old son is listening to this series and has been really enjoying them. He said all of these books are pretty fast paced but this one quite as good as the third book mostly because it wasn't as intense... however as is parent he seems pretty hooked. This series is great for kids into D&D, fantasy and adventure. There is no bad language, overly graphic violence or any romance scenes. On to book five. I would say these are for the tween to teen reader.

Despite being aimed towards a younger audience I’m enjoying this series! Narration is also good!
