Buy the OTHER Feeling Good Summary audio

I felt that this summary came across as if this excellent, helpful. and very therapeutic book, Feeling Good, was lame & judgmental toward those who are depressed, and/or have a sense of low self worth.
I felt that this summary of Feeling Good, in NO way, honored the hopefulness this book truly offers - life changing- if you do the homework.
I have the other audible Feeling Good book summary, and that one makes you want to pick up the book itself and dig in/get better. The other audible summary really gives a depressed person hope. This did none of the sort.

Too Short

Disappointingly SHORT summary. Not as good as the book. Waste of credits/money in purchasing this. :-(
