You are taking the 1st step in buying it
I am no gambler to start with.To my surprise, the audiobook offers very helpful ideas joined with real stories. I believe it's an outstanding benefit for money and got right to the point with the details a true gambling user moves through because the author was one at one time.

The best, I ever read.
If you are serious about quitting gambling this book is excellent. actually written by someone who appears to have had a gambling problem and understands it. none of the usual therapy nonsense just how to seriously quit. very good stuff.
