Publisher's summary

Cinderella said to be kind, have courage, and always believe in a little magic. She’s wrong.

To survive in my world, you have to be dead inside, be on guard at all times, and never dream of the impossible.

You never dream of anything because you don’t just get to stop working for the Polish mafia. But you can be stolen from them.

Well, kind of.

When Gabriel Demir, head of the Turkish mafia, attacks my boss, I’m caught in the crossfire. I’m taken captive, interrogated, and soon find myself in the position of maid again. Only this time, it’s for the Turkish instead of Polish.

This time it’s for a dangerously attractive man and not the insane one I’ve known all my life. This time I find myself fantasizing about my boss instead of dreaming of ways to escape. This time I’m not threatened with pain and death but with pleasure. But can I step out of the maid’s uniform and into a ballgown? Do I dare cross that line just for a moment in the spotlight?

From USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Michelle Heard comes a standalone Turkish mafia romance.

This book is intended for mature listeners.

Mafia romance

What is worse being beaten by the sick polish mafia king pin or being shot not once but twice by the head of the Turkish mafia? In Laura’s case she finds love with….I can’t tell you.

I will share she has had a tragic life and her prince charming and his family bring her back to life. He is very alpha.

Kelsey and James are a dream team

I really enjoyed this one, maybe not as much as the others….it was pretty emotional and at times heartbreaking. The epilogue was perfect though.

Another great book in the series

I liked this story more the further I got into it. In the beginning I was worried that the FMC would stay annoying- but she didn’t. The more the story progressed the better it got!

A bit long for the story line

I love this series but it was probably 2 hours too long. Definitely not as good as book 2, but still worth the credit.

It was a good story, kinda sad. I cried a lot in several different parts of the book. Hit me in the feels.

Stolen by a Sinner

Lara has been dealt the s**t end of the stick of life. She is a maid for HORRIBLE man, who beats her for every little thing. One day she runs into Gabriel by chance and the next thing she knows he attacks the compound and takes her prisoner. Gabriel starts off as a not so nice man because he does in a way demand to know what she knows about her boss. But then he takes care of her after he realizes she has been through so much in her short life. There are moments where his anger takes control (NOT TO HURT HER) just frustration of the situation and all that. Gabriel starts taking care of her and helping her move past the damage her previous employer did to her. It was so good to see when he starts taking care of her and being mindful of all the things she went through.

I listened to this through audible and I just really enjoy the narrators for this series. They really bring the story to life. My only true complaint is that there wasnt always a translation for some of the things that were said in Turkish which made it confusing because I have no idea what they said you know. Maybe like a page of the different sentences or words that were used for translation at the beginning. The spice in this book is not as much as the previous books because of the trauma she went through. The spice that was there was HOT.

Can't. Stop. Listening!!!

Seriously, I have been binge listening to the Sinners series and can't stop. I have cried, gasped, and nearly thrown my phone... these books are that easy to bury yourself in. Laura and Gabriel both come from such trauma that when they finally get their HEA, it's like Christmas and my birthday all rolled into one.

The narrators are beyond talented with accents that make you swoon. I'm definitely a fan for life of James Anderson Fisher and Kelsey Navarro.
