I’d never be able to compete with that, so I pushed her away instead. It was easy when she lived hours away, and I didn’t have to see her every day, but then she moved in with us. Now, I’m screwed. From her singing in the shower every morning, dancing in the kitchen while she makes coffee, and doing yoga in our living room, I can’t stop thinking about her in all the wrong ways.

3 1/2 Star Read
As is typical with very short books, I would have prefered a more fleshed out story; however, I chose to start this series at book 8, so I am not deducting any stars for this, since more background may have been provided in earlier books. Overall, the book was interesting and had a good ratio of romance to mystery. The narrator was unfamiliar to me but very good. I would give this read 3 1/2 stars, but I rounded up to 4, since I may have enjoyed it more if I had started with book 1 in the series.

whew all the feels 🥰🥺🤧
Man... this book had me all in my feels. I was crying like a baby. this was so well written I felt all their love, joy, and heartache. I'm sad to part with them but I will definitely keep and re-read many times to come!
