After a painful betrayal by her sister and a heated argument with their mother, Nikki is kicked out and finds herself homeless. She decides to go to California to pursue her singing career. When her best friend, Malachai, discovers her plan to flee Texas, he begs her to spend the remainder of spring break with him. He believes that over the course of a week, he can convince her to stay in Texas, or to at least graduate high school. But their plans are interrupted when Nikki’s little sister, Vae, goes missing.

Luca for Ever!
I really liked this book and story. Loved how this was one of those books where siblings rooted for love, even if it was with your best friend. I wish they would've dig a bit more into what happened with the baby daddy, but the book was just as good without it.

I was locked in!
Great story from beginning to end. I laughed, got a little teary eyed and went through the motions with the characters. The narrators very much brought this story to life!

My heart soared ….
This was unbelievably beautiful. The Eisenbergs and Sinclair’s were two awesome families .
Lucas is what my dreams are made of and Laike is everything I wanna know more about. Ken is a pitch black obsession and Lyric is the quintessential super sister friend’s friend.
Them babies Essence & Emery were just the most adorable kids ever.
You literally felt like you knew these folks.
Dewayne didn’t get much time but they wove a very accurate story of why he was the most hated man in this book.
I would absolutely recommend this book !!!!

Brought me to tears!
I loved Luca! This was the best audiobook I’ve come across in months! The writing and narration truly moved me! I won’t spoil it for you, but it’s a must read! Excited to see what’s next.
