You should listen/read this one!
This is by far one the best books I’ve read on this topic. The articulation is up there with the best and it’s a soul check book for sure when it comes to ministry. Jesus is so faithful.

Don't just hang on til retirement, finish well!
Mark Dance did a fantastic job conveying his deep love and passion for pastors. this book is filled with Mark's own journey and transparency and desire to equip pastors to finish the race with integrity.
