Mispronounced words.

Solace not soulless, respit not re spite and en vel op-ed not en ve loped. It irritates me. If it’s AI, it should get fixed and if it’s a woman, she should be fired along with the editor.
The sounds do help get me to sleep, though

Amazing! I felt it in my body

I don’t know why some complain about this music. It’s possible their energy didn’t align with the healing frequency. If you don’t believe this frequency music can help you, it won’t.

When listening, relax, breathe and let the healing process begin. It really does work.

Pain relief?

I can’t say that this elevated my pain, but it does seem that way. Maybe the sounds relax you enough that you feel comfortable and you do start to feel better. It was worth the chance and I will continue to listen to this for that reason.

Not as good as the other ones

I've heard most of the other ones but for some reason, I was not able to concentrate in this particular one.

Worked with exercises and meditation

The sounds begin chaotically and then move into a harmonious flow. During meditation or yoga like exercises this track synchronized well with my brain. This is not a track for creative thinking, and I don’t believe it was not designed for that.

POV: migraine sufferer tried for non-migraine headache

I had a tension/sinus style headache so I thought I’d try this. It was difficult to finish because it was such an uncomfortable experience for me. I would NOT recommend using during a migraine. (I can listen to things if I’m having only light sensitivity. YMMV) I was tempted several times to quit, but wanted to listen through before making up my mind about its effectiveness.

I experienced restless legs and nausea during this session. For those reasons alone, it wasn’t relaxing or something I’d like to revisit. Some of the sounds are jarring and wouldn’t be tolerable during a migraine, even one not centered on auditory pain. It was almost difficult to endure in a couple of places.

However, in fairness, I did feel some relief in my sinuses during the playback - there was noticeable depressurization. That did reduce some pain. But the discomfort was greater than the benefit for me.

Also, the script reader at the beginning is awful. It was almost like a computer reader with the odd pronunciations. That compounded the difficulty in relaxing.

I’ll be deleting this one from my library, but wanted to share my experience in case it helps anyone.

Horrifying

Sounds like banshees chewing on metal. Yikes. Avoid if you value your ears. Screaming banshees

Irritating

Rather unpleasant and annoying sound, might work for some, might work for some people but not me
