Perfect listen for getting ready for Christmas tasks when you can’t watch a Christmas movie.
Fun, light and Christmasy. A good way to suspend all your daily woes and enjoy a little bit of Highland mishaps and mayhem. The reader distinguished each character with skill.

Too much Alice!!!
Too much of the story was focused on the most self absorbed character, Alice. More focus on the Lucy/Ross relationship would have helped minimize the grating, complaining Alice who was an obnoxious character that I found difficult to like.

Wrong casting?
I love Sarah Morgan and always look forward to new publications to listen to but I was not too keen on the storyteller. I had to make myself finish the book which is a shame because I do love Sarah Morgan’s books.
