Very good book!

Ahead of it’s time, so there are more treatment alternatives now, than what was available then

Landmark clinical work

After hydration, sleep is the number 2 factor affecting human well-being. It’s mostly overlooked and given little attention. Even by functional medicine doctors and neurologists. Fix your sleep and improve or eliminate most chronic health problems. It’s worked in every case I’ve seen.
