The Protectors series crosses over with some of my other series, so for the most enjoyment, they should be listened to in order, but it is not required. You can find the correct listening order at the beginning of each book. This audio "shattered" me

This book was already a hard one to read considering everything Caleb had been through but Michael Dean just brought it more to life with his narration. The Protector series has always been one of my favorites and with Michael's narration its definitely the best. Jace really thought he was protecting Cade by staying away from him for the two years since bringing him to Eli and Mav but that seemed to have not been what was best for Caleb. Some parts of this story might be hard to deal with so please read the trigger warnings before reading. Besides the trauma to be worked through this is still a love story not just between Jace and Caleb but also between found family. Looking forward to the rest of the Protectors series in audio.

Read It

Um, the end is the funniest ending to a book I've ever read. Magical.

This was intense.

Oh the horrors of weak, sick men. Sloane takes you on a deep dive into child rape, abuse, and the sickest of human nature. On the flip, she takes you on a trip to resolution, bravery, honor and love. A story written to perfection.

I LOVE THIS SERIES

This narrator has done a very good job narrating this series. I really love reading this series.

Heartbreakingly Beautiful

A beautiful installment of the perfect series. This is a deep and dark book, beautifully written and narrated. Highly recommend!

As Per Usual....

Ms. Kennedy delivers equal parts angst with equal parts steamines!! This "challenging" title earns the caution for those sensitive to such things; it was well handled and ultimately redeemed with the killing of many monsters!! A satisfying result for what was done to innocence.

As far as the steaminess goes, that she handled in her very satisfactory way! You will NOT be disappointed. Enjoy!!
