Louis Parker is the divorced father of two teenagers who is still trying to find his life's purpose. After losing his job, Louie' financial situation convinces him he has nothing to lose if he agrees to test out a radical new virtual reality video game for a substantial fee. But Louie quickly learns that virtual reality is a lot more complicated than he realized. By the end of his seven days, is Louie trapped in virtual reality forever? If he is able to return to his own reality, is it the same one he started from, or has it immeasurably changed.

Changing events has consequences

I thought this was a really good book. Different take on things. What would you change to get the life you want? As for me I will change nothing.

Don't let your past ruin your future !

This is my first audiobook on VR. Really enjoyed the scenario and could really feel the feelings and emotions of the main Character, Louie. I also liked the few references to quantum physics.
Recommend to escape yourself for a few hours !

Great narration. Black mirroresque

The narration was clear and entertaining.

The plot was reminiscent of the Netflix series Black Mirror crossed with “It’s A Wonderful Life”
I thought there would be more of a twist at the end but relieved of the happy ending.
