Although we've been conditioned to think middle aged is practically a four-letter word, the realities of women in midlife today are far different from what our mothers experienced. Contradicting long-ingrained beliefs, Robi Ludwig draws on myth-busting data from scientific research and on her experience as a therapist to show midlife is not the beginning of our decline - it is actually a time to pursue our dreams. Your Best Age Is Now provides the guidance you need to reject the status quo, become more "you" than ever before, and find the kind of happiness you never thought possible.

While this book is geared toward women in their midlife, I think it's an important book for women of all ages to read. Couldn't we all use a little help with at least one of these things: self image, relationships, work, health/wellness, and spirituality? I'm still finding my way in life and through this book I realized that I am not alone. It also helped reiterate to me that it's never too late to change your life course and go after your dreams. Through her book, Dr. Robi Ludwig helped me examine what it is I want from life and decide on steps I need to take in order to continue on my chosen path.
