"Reduce waste and save money big time"

This audio book is one of the best from Kate Anderson. It gives us 101 tips and tricks to reduce waste to maintain a clean environment and at the same time make huge savings in our wallets. First and foremost the author tells us 22 ways of reducing waste in the kitchen. The kitchen being place where household waste is generated from. It is better to buy only the ingredients you can use and finish up rather than buying many ingredients and end up not using all then leaving the rest to spoil.
She tells us to plan our meals around the ingredients available. This is a very great masterpiece from this author. This is highly recommended to everyone.

    "Money saving mode, ON!"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Why of course yes. Anyone who's going through some rough patches deserve to have a look at it, it is made for them and I already gave it to a relative of mine.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Well the book wasn't supposed to have any "characters" as it's more of a guide than a narrative book but still, Annette Martin has done a wonderful job here indeed.

Have you listened to any of Annette Martin’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I haven''t yet grabbed a look at any other narration from her but if others are as good as this one, I think she deserves an applaud and a purchase too.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from The Zero Waste Home?

I think the part where I was told to shake it off piece by piece helped me out a lot and I will definitely try it out.

    Any additional comments?

This book is a piece of heaven gifted on to me. I really treasure it in my eyes. I am going to adhere too much now and make sure I cut off on those beefy expenses. Thanks for writing this amazing book,Kate Anderson.

"Stop Wasting By Changing Your Perspective"

In addition to what you might expect to find in a book about reducing waste in your home, the author goes beyond the four walls of your family home to offer ways to lower or reduce the waste we all generate on a daily basis simply by being alive and consuming.

Speaking of generating waste....I found one statistic in this book particularly shocking: every person generates 1.5 tons of waste each year. With all the people on the planet that's a little disconserting. And the statistic of $1 in every $10 we spend is for packaging is eye-opening, too. That means 10 percent of all money spent goes for things we throw away. And then we have to PAY someone to haul away our trash! Yikes! The money we are wasting....

I really like the section about no-waste parenting. I could have used her ideas about generating crafts out of trash while I was raising my four sons.

"money savior, practical & exceptionally brilliant"
What did you love best about The Zero Waste Home?

I delighted in the tone that the narrator used in this book. While it was legitimate and proficient, it was not judgmental. The creator appeared to have an understanding that every house is distinctive, and a few tips will probably apply to specific family households than others.

What did you like best about this story?

I delighted in hearing to creator's thoughts regarding Three R's. It is an idea that genuinely reverberates with me. I likewise truly acknowledge how the writer's theory of eliminating waste applies on to the family, also that those little changes can have an effect on the wallet of the customers too - furthermore environment, and eventually the place of living that we leave for our kids.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The thing I adapted most: go through everything. It sounds like that ought to be judgment skills, in any case, it isn't. The book gave genuine tips on the best way to reuse bundling and other family things in useful, profitable ways that were entirely novel. I anticipate rethinking all that I bring into my home, and in addition all that I toss out, to discover different utilizations before disposing of. This idea, alongside the three R's, are better than average lessons to have

    Any additional comments?

Another great work by Kate Anderson! Maintaining a strategic distance from waste have always been my will and this book has empowered me to accomplish this as well as to save money too in the process. I adore improving the earth and the book was of awesome help. The book does not stressed me out at any level, those steady efforts are encouraged which winds up having a major effect towards the end.

The thoughts splendid ideas exhibited by Kate were anything but difficult to grasp and actualize. I have imparted the majority of the tips to my family and we are presently near zero waste by executing the Three R's idea. Before, I was not much into recycling but rather this book has shown me how to make utilization of my waste in a positive way. Can hardly wait to see my home turn into a completely Zero Waste Home

Million dollars suggestions in this one brilliant book. Highly Recommended. ! ****10/10******

So many homes are wasting money, destroying the environment and having a house full of clutter and waste. This was something that had been concerning me for a while as I have recently become a father. This book helped me a lot with great advice and tips on how to manage this problem. Good narration too and I was glad the book was not too long, as it got to the point pretty quickly which is what I wanted.

What about Annette Martin’s performance did you like?

Annette Martin’s narration was great and her lovely voice with upbeat tone made it easy for me to follow., Yeah, I liked her performance very much.

What did you learn from The Zero Waste Home that you would use in your daily life?

Using up everything and finding other uses through recycling before discarding. I have been implementing this advice since listening to this book and I can already feel its impact: less bills and less waste!!

    Any additional comments?

Yet another superb work by Kate Anderson! Avoiding waste have always been my will and this book has not only enabled me to achieve this but to save money as well in the process. I love making the environment better and the book was of great assistance. The book does not stress an immediate turnaround, instead constant little efforts are encouraged which ends up making a big difference at the end.

The ideas presented by Kate were easy to comprehend and implement. I have shared most of the tips with my family and we are now nearing zero waste by implementing the 3 R’s concept. In the past, I was not much into the idea of recycling but this book has taught me how to make use of my waste positively. Can’t wait to see my home become a fully Zero Waste Home. Don’t be left out, get your copy now! Highly recommend to all.

It is quite horrifying how much waste we all go thru, which creates so much mess, cost and environmental damage. I had looked up various ways to reduce this waste but this is the first book to really give me good solid advice which, most importantly, was easy and free to implement. Really good stuff!

"Easy to Read & Full of Good Advice"
Would you consider the audio edition of The Zero Waste Home to be better than the print version?

I'd say they're both about the same. I loved the audio version because it seemed friendly and conversational, but I also enjoyed the Kindle formatting because it enabled me to turn back the pages and double-check things that I missed more easily.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Zero Waste Home?

The most memorable lessons of this book involved using the three R's every day to help reduce waste, to save money, and to help the environment. It is easy to do, and anyone can try doing this to some degree.

Which character – as performed by Annette Martin – was your favorite?

Annette Martin performed as the narrator. There weren't really characters since this was a non-fiction how to book. So, I would say that her performance reading the author's words, and just being herself, was the best. :)

What did you learn from The Zero Waste Home that you would use in your daily life?

The most important lesson from the book is that people don't have to be perfect when going for zero-waste. Even reducing waste, little by little, will make a difference over time. You don't have to go all the way to start, you can ease into it and go at the pace that makes you feel comfortable.

    Any additional comments?

I loved the fact that this book wasn't trying to preach at its readers, but only to help and inform. Saving money is great, and avoiding waste is admirable. But one of the most important reasons to read this book is to conserve the earth's resources. If you care about your kids, and what kind of planet you'll be leaving to them (trust me you don't want them cleaning up OUR mess!), read the book for some easy ways to help those future generations!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Zero Waste Home to be better than the print version?

Well because of the ease of listening, I would have to say yes, and partially because of the friendliness of Annette Martin as well.
