Based on his landmark research and teachings, Dr. John Demartini has discovered the key to fulfillment in all aspects of life. What is the most important step you can take to achieve the life you've always dreamed of? You might think the answer is something like start saving money, get a better job, find my soul mate, or improve my marriage. Solutions like these might offer temporary satisfaction, but none of them can provide true, lasting fulfillment or help you achieve your unique purpose in life.
The Values Factor shows you how to create a life in which every minute can be inspiring and fulfilling. The first step is to identify what you find most meaningful - the values in life that are most important to you. Once you understand your own unique values and align your life accordingly, you can achieve fulfillment in every aspect of your life: deepening your loving relationships, creating an inspiring career, establishing financial freedom, and tapping into a rich spiritual life.
Dr. Demartini's provocative 13-part questionnaire will reveal to you what you value most. The answers may surprise you! Then, each chapter of this audiobook explains how to align every aspect of your life with your true values, so that you can finally achieve the success that you were capable of all along.

Damn good book. Listened to it twice. Going back a third time. You will get a lot of clarity about who you are and what is important to you, and how to approach life with this knowledge.
The book makes you think about your true values. It made me think about life goals in a different matter. It helped me identifying where frustrations in my life are coming from and how to move forward.
However, the author uses lots of "to-do" and "complete this exercise" trying to help the reader identify those values. I don't think it is applicable to apply such exercises and equations into values.
Overall, the book is good with few points I disagree with. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is trying to better shape their life.
this book will make you think way outside of the box and look back in and wonder...question some of the simple habits and addictions we have formed in our everyday life..definitely invite you consider making important changes in your life simply by identifying your highest values. this is my first audible book and was able to get through this book in my car on the way home and back everyday...good read...will definitely purchase the hard copy to have home as well.
If you're debating this title don't do it now truly life changing stuff. A whole different way of looking at things
"Insightful Read - lots to learn!"
Yes - there are so many things that you pick up on that it would be useful to listen to it fairly regularly to keep you on track with the context.
I like how it is clear Dr Demartini travels around so much and has so many commitments to fulfil but because of his values he applies he seems to do these seamlessly. It makes you realise that you can really achieve so much more every day if you apply your thoughts correctly.
The business chapter on how to lead and inspire your work force. I want to achieve greatness in business so I want to be perceived well but to achieve well at the same time.
Be a better you...
Really enjoyable and in some areas, very simplistic but so effective
I've read lots of these sorts of books. This doesn't pump you up and give you plans and constructs. This just tells you how relationship and behaviour work. Quite brilliant.
"Helpful and informative"
I found this useful for understanding the mental steps that the brain performs when rationalising certain emotions
"Fantastic book. Dr. Demartini really puts things into perspective"
Fantastic book by an incredibly wise man. Can't wait to meet him again. This gent is a driving pfirce behind h
some interesting insights but descended into psychobabble. A lot of ridiculously onerous exercises and questionable miraculous cure stories. however some sensible stuff also.
