This guy is intense! Massive action!
I must admit that Mr. Cardone is hard to listen to at times because he iritates me. I think that is why I like this book so much. He has a no nonsense get on board or get out of the way aproach to leading. I recently started working toward this type of thinking in my entire business not to be mean but to create an environment for the best and most highly motivated people to have a good place to thrive. We expect every team member to perform at a high level. Average is not allowed here! Cardone thanks for reinforcing our thinking!
