Great concepts
I believe the concepts are great and make a lot of sense. Some of the narration is way out there which make it hard to bring in to real world applications. I know many people have raved about this book and I personally know some who have recommended it to me. Perhaps, I need to listen to it one more time to better understand how I can apply the concepts into my daily life.

Beautiful!
There is nothing like reading a book and being able to take the knowledge and apply it to your life. This book is beautiful in its way essence. Short and straight to the point without too much overthinking. Self help books have a tendency to make you think too much or criticize yourself for not being what they preach, this book is wonderful in its simplicity.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to be more self aware and add more meaning to their words.
