Nice book for self improvement

I enjoyed the tone and speed of the book. A 'not so serious' rendition of quality material.

Self-help book

This book was interesting for a self help book. Just kind of reiterated what I already know, but others may not have this knowledge or be at a different place.

Good info - well presented

I read some bad reviews of this , but bought it on sale anyway - low risk I figured .
I think the information is useful and easy to commit to memory . The authors suggest listening three times and there is a proven theory on doing anything repetitively - so they go over information often to get the point across.
I think if you are in sales or take a lot of classes in creative writing techniques this might be redundant information - but still useful if you haven't been putting the suggestions into practice .
