Publisher's summary

In The Four Agreements, a New York Times best seller for over seven years, don Miguel Ruiz revealed how the process of our education, or “domestication,” can make us forget the wisdom we were born with. Throughout our lives, we make many agreements that go against ourselves and create needless suffering. The Four Agreements help us to break these self-limiting agreements and replace them with agreements that bring us personal freedom, happiness, and love. Now don Miguel Ruiz joins his son don Jose Ruiz to offer a fresh perspective on the Four Agreements, and a powerful new agreement for transforming our lives into our personal heaven: the fifth agreement. The Fifth Agreement takes us to a deeper level of awareness of the power of the Self, and returns us to the authenticity we were born with. In this compelling sequel to the book that has changed the lives of millions of people around the world, we are reminded of the greatest gift we can give ourselves: the freedom to be who we really are.

Four & Five Agreements! Hmmm...

I seriously don't know which book is better the first or the second? This author can clearly run this book 📚 perspective into a series! Amazing read!!!

I liked everything but the epilogue

I really enjoyed and felt the truth of this book so when it got to the clichéd and hackneyed epilogue I simply employed the techniques the rest of the book gave me and didn't take it personally and didn't assume and employed doubt.

True wisdom

A profound and beautiful doorway into an ancient view of one of the simplest and yet most complex facets of human existence: power, belief, faith, will, whatever you choose to call it.
If you are already someone practicing the art of seeing/dreaming, this book will resonate on a deep level and will awaken your true, divine self.
If you are in the early stages of self discovery or have yet to begin practicing the way of the warrior, this book will help you realize the potential you have to gain control of your intent and personal power through vanquishing your fear, maintaining infinite clarity and utilizing the power of doubt.

HIGHLY recommend regardless of whether you've read The Four Agreements.

Simple advice, stated succinctly...

I am not typically a reader of self-help books, however listening to the preview piqued my interest. I was not disappointed.

That’s crazy!

This book just moved into my top 3 personal development books! There’s nothing in this book that I’ve ever disagreed with. It’s amazing that someone was able to put what I believe into words.
