Learn how to be happier
If you are ready to be challenged and be better, you will enjoy this book. It can help you move into a space of happiness and joy you didn’t know possible. There are a lot of examples and real life experience that helped me see the process and understand but not excessive to point of boredom.

Powerful stuff!
I'm so grateful that I stumbled across this book. It was a classic case of one thing leading to another in my reading (and life) journey -- and what a difference this book has made to my happiness and overall experience of life, in such a short time. If you're receptive to the idea that most of your big and little stumbling blocks (to success in work, love, family harmony, etc) are actually originating in your own unconscious beliefs about what you deserve, then I believe you'll find this work to be incredibly helpful. I love that the audiobook is read by the author, too -- it makes all the difference!
