This book is a wonderful resource on the much neglected side of the ideal gentleman, the "Gentlemanly Virtues" Without virtue, etiquette and politeness is just empty form. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to any aspiring gentleman.....
Made me proud to be a man. It been along time since someone said you should proud to be man and being a man can be a noble thing if we work at it.
If the authors would have actually written original content.
Massive Disappointment. I thought the authors were going to give me some insight, or even examples of manliness, but instead it was hours of quotes.
I wish I had my credit back :(
loved this, each writing reinforced previous and then we'll put together with good commentary. With the narration you can't help but be inspired to man up!
I found this to be very insightful and introspective. It illustrates the best virtues of men throughout history. I have actually taken time to memorize many of the passages.
Can't compare this book with another!
None! NONE! It was terrible listening to him.
Annoyed at narrator.
