Koch shows how to maximize success in your career and life by using the proven principle that 80 percent of changes in the world result from the most powerful 20 percent of actions and ideas. He'll show how to use your own powerful "20 percent spike" - your most creative ideas and unique skills - to measure the amount of value you bring to your employer, clients, or customers. For most people, there is a huge disparity between their intrinsic value and the compensation they receive for their efforts. The 80/20 Individual shows how to narrow that gap.

This book (?) easily makes it to my list of top 10 books I wish I had never bought.
It is a total waste of time and money: nothing but extreme mind numbing boring fluff.
Avoid it like the plague!
If you are in business and entrepreneurially minded, this is a great book full of business ideas, strategy and insight by a person who has been extremely successful at creating large amounts of wealth in business.
It is ok, a bit out of focus, by jumping form an idea to another, but otherwise it is ok. there are some useful information ....
"80/20 Entrepreneur would have been a better title"
Interesting but not the book I thought I was buying. Very much geared around entrepreneurial strategy and financial leverage. So if you have a business idea you want to take to the next level this is the book will give a strategic perspective. If however you are looking for more a personal development style book around applying the 80/20 (defining the vital few etc) you need to go to his consultancy company...
