This is awful! You can hear the freaky "subliminal" messages and they sound much like an obscene phone call. Disturbing - and a waste of time and money!
It's not a quick fix of course, the desire make a change has to already be there. However, personally this audio book has helped me remain focused. It has been a struggle to workout because I would fixate on the energy needed to complete an exercise as opposed to focusing my energy on the desire to reach my goal. I have been listening to this for many months and when I take a break from it I notice a difference in my willingness to get up and exercise. Joel's voice is very soothing and although it can be a little strange to hear his voice over the music I've only had a positive results from this audio book. I have dropped nearly 20lbs already and am close to my goal. It never hurts to try something new.

I've listened to this twice a day for 30 days and I can honestly say, it has made no difference at all. On the plus side, its great for helping you get to sleep!
This audio although short is very good, the voice is so relaxing. I listen to it at bedtime and I fall asleep no problem (it even tells u it will work whilst you are asleep) Im starting to see the benefits already! X
