Overall I think a good book. Easy to listen to. I felt a little misled by the description. The book is a bible based direction for stress relief. If you can relate to that it is helpful. If that is not your belief than I think the book would be frustrating to you.

Very informative and if you "apply" the suggestions the author makes, you will feel so much better. I have listened to this book at least 4 times and hear something I missed each time.
A good book to teach a new way of living...it has helped me immensely. I have reduced my stress and lost over 70 lbs while doing it.
