I found this hypnosis relaxing and inspiring at the same time. The more relaxed I felt, the more I really, truly listened to the words being spoken to me. I didn't actually go into a trance during this hypnosis - but I did feel relaxed enough to focus only on the session.
After listening to this audiobook once, I did feel an increase in motivation throughout the day. My normal state of being is just to endure the day. This hypnosis helped me feel more proactive and productive, which motivated me to do more than just the bare minimum. That alone was a positive change and has convinced me to try it again and see if the positive feelings will continue to improve after each listening session.
Who wants to waste money.
I was very upset, the narrated part only last 10 minutes. After there is a looping music that last 1 hour.
