WOW! This is the first word that came into my mind when hearing for the first time Zhanna’s audio book.
I have never imagined that thinking positive is such an important and decisive factor in our lives. Furthermore, I have never contemplated on the fact that we are responsible for building our own universe, which, in the end, it will influence the way we are seeing things. And, when thinking negative, we actually build an universe which is based on negative impressions. Therefore, we will continue to see things negatively, take decisions in a negative manner and live a negative life.
Zhanna’s message resumes to the fact that positive thinking will definitely improve our lives, and she is definitely right. The 300 affirmations for positive thinking which the ‘Rewire Your Brain’ audiobook is bringing will help us in a decisive manner throughout our fight for re-gaining the positive thinking that the nowadays world is stealing.
I would say I use this one the most, as I love to start my day out on a positive note.
His voice is uplifting. The affirmations have a lot of truth and are quite powerful.
This is a great way to quickly change your mood from negative to positive. There is no way you will be in a bad mood after listening to something like this.
The entire Rewire Your Brain is a must listen. The author outlining why these positive affirmations is a necessary must. Understanding why it's important is the first key to a better life. Hearing the many affirmations themselves makes one realize their potential.
There were no "characters" however hearing the author speak the affirmation in a calming and gentle way is a plus.
Having the audio with the soothing music allows a person to relax and meditate on the message. It allows it to get in ones soul.
That the Brain does need to be rewired at times. Even if you don't feel like you're in a slump, it still can be reenforced.
I admit that it can be challenging to understand that your mindset has a role in dictating what happens in life, but it's true! Everything seems so out of our control. to anyone even halfway serious about neuroplasticity and "rewiring the brain." All this alleged "book" does is take a catch phrase from pop neurology and throw in 300 "affirmations" and some new age music. It is the WORST misuse of science language to sell easy pop self help that I have ever seen. Here is my new affirmative mantra: "I will be smart enough to look at the full book description next time..." This "author" should be ashamed of himself.
I wish this was JUST the 300 positive statements. There is also an introduction, explanation and conclusion. Maybe I'll figure a way to strip those out. Also, there's a brief sentence right before each group of 50 affirmations, letting the listener know that Affirmations 100 to 150 are next, 151 to 200 are next. etc.
Since this is stuff I wanted to listen to as drifting off to sleep or upon awakening, I really just wanted a clean set of affirmations. Since my intention was to use this for the subconscious, I would prefer not to have all the extra stuff.
Other than that, the affirmations are good ones.
