    I listen to audiobooks when I'm driving - Kim's voice is perfectly clear, I like her other audiobooks too.

    If you could sum up Motivation: Boost Your Motivation with Powerful Mindfulness Techniques and Be Unstoppable in three words, what would they be?

    Being in the moment


    What was one of the most memorable moments of Motivation: Boost Your Motivation with Powerful Mindfulness Techniques and Be Unstoppable?

    Mindfulness can help us live the life to its full. I do need to be often reminded of being mindful of what I am doing and thinking. This is one of my resolutions for 2016 and the reason to listen this book. This is an excellent resource-type book that one might want to return to again and again. This is filled with very careful and specific information with many examples of when and how to use it. All information is presented in a friendly and useful way. Would be great for someone just trying to find out what mindfulness and meditation is all about, and also for someone looking for a new idea for practicing it.

    Very well written and didactic, it is a pillow book to manage stress and life challenges. A solid place to start for anyone interested.

    Proven and tested motivational book.


    Who was your favorite character and why?

    I love every page of this book and every topic are clear all throughout the narration.


    Which character – as performed by Kim Holmes – was your favorite?

    The quality and tone of voice all throughout the narration of the book.


    What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

    Extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. The complete explanation of the two kinds of motivation.


    Any additional comments?

    I love to share this book to my mother for she is great on motivational books. The author is excellent and very motivational. Clearly stating all the great information.

    Would you consider the audio edition of Motivation: Boost Your Motivation with Powerful Mindfulness Techniques and Be Unstoppable to be better than the print version?

    Yes, I find the audiobook better as I don't have to read. All I have to do is listen and do other stuff.


    What did you like best about this story?

    What I like best is the persuasive feeling the book brings as you read through the pages.


    What does Kim Holmes bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

    It brings the ability to multitask and still get the gist of what Kim Holmes wants to impart.
