Calming and educational

I felt like I learned so much listening to this. I practiced by sitting quietly through each section, about twenty minutes a night, listening to what she said then following her guided meditations (each one ending with a chime).

I NEED THIS

I keep coming back to this to bring my mind and heart back to structure and practice. Without this I am bumbling in the wilderness of life. This brings me back to what really matters and my heart and head are now open to give and receive in love and appreciation.

mindfulness a blessing

Tara's calm voice and lovingkindness helped me be more mindful of my own needs, joys, sorrows, and those of others. Learning mindfulness has enriched my life. Tara is skillful in leading meditation.

For those who truly suffer

This audio book is profound because it Incorporates an attentive mind to a meditation mind simultaneously. Throughout the book I was relaxed but extremely receptive. I found great practices to use. This book is for anyone and everyone regardless of what religious faith you follow.
