Loveability is a meditation on love. It addresses the most important thing you will ever learn. All the happiness, health, and abundance you experience in life comes from your ability to love and be loved. This ability is innate, not acquired. Robert Holden is the creator of a unique program on love called Loveability, which he teaches worldwide. He has helped thousands of people to transform their experience of love. “Love is the real work of your life,” says Robert. “As you release the blocks to love you flourish even more in your relationships, work, and life.”
In Loveability, Robert weaves a beautiful mix of timeless principles and helpful practices about the nature of true love. With great intimacy and warmth, he shares stories, conversations, meditations, and poetry that have inspired him in his personal inquiry on love.

He spends 3/4 of the book going on about God and his family. The part where he stays away from the spiritual is great but having to go through all the rest for so little was a big waste of time.
Loveability was full of cliches and too idealistic. The book would of been better if it focussed on the spiritual rather than philosophy and prescriptive advice.
The book would of been more enjoyable if it was grounded on a level that a person could relate to in the 'here and now’.
Robert’s performance was too perfect - sounded like a saint. His standards are unreachable.
Irritation - nobody can live up to such idealistic standards.
"life transforming book"
this book will transform your life. It did that to me and I am so grateful to Robert Holden that finally someone is explaining what is really love. How important it is to love yourself. I am 43 years old and only now I realise it was my ego and not my true self who has feared love for so long. Really a recommendation for all who suffers with low self image, for all cancer patients, for all depressed people.
"Some nice lessons but too much spiritual stuff."
I enjoyed some elements of the book but all the god and spirit stuff was superfluous.
Made this more practical and accessible to atheists as well as theists. The book assumes the listener to have a belief in some sort of higher power.
It was pleasant enough. Story is not an appropriate category for non-fiction and one which I would prefer Audible to make optional.
I am glad I listened to it but I spent a lot of time cringing and getting irritated by all the god stuff.
"Just lovely! x"
Loveability is a book which had me hooked from the moment I started listening. This book has a candid and direct approach to love, and is narrated openly and truthfully by Holden who gives lots of useful advice on how to love myself and others from a place of authenticity. Holden's affirmations "I am loveable" and one I adapted from the book was "I forgive myself" are simple but incredibly affective in helping shift any mindset towards love and gratitude. Just lovely, thank you! x
"Love is all there is"
l was enthralled by Robert Holden's grasp and presentation of love and its many ways.
I had no idea what this was about, I just searched for 'love' in Audible. It's opened my eyes to so much more reading and thinking and a new way of living. I loved this so much I'm going to buy the paperback as well so I can underline all the best bits to mediate on.
