Great tips and understanding

This was an amazing book. I just got finished and I’m going to listen over again. This was a real eye opener. Definitely recommend. Very encouraging and she give it to you straight but in a kind way but gives you away out too. She makes you think and move in a healthy flow throughout life problems & old thinking patterns . Great guide!

I would say that out of all the possible ways in which a self help book could go this one seems to be pretty good I don't know if it will help you but at the very least it's a good read.
