This is not hygge

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

No idea.

Would you ever listen to anything by Helena Olsen again?

Not sure.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Compared to other books on hygge, she pronounces the Danish word very close to correct.

Any additional comments?

As a Dane I do not really consider this hygge. There are elements of course, but it is mostly a book of good advice on ways to get a less stressful life and create a less stressful athmosfare for you, your family, your friends, your colleagues and everybody else around you.
