Nothing Short of Amazing
Took me from shock, anguish & grief to acceptance and hope for my future... after a 25yr relationship to living single, I am thanking God for these tools to sew my life back together into a different yet still beautiful picture.... plenty of tears and enlightenment... I’ve learned that I am enough and even though I’ve got a lot of work to do, my life is facing uphill not down....

You CAN get past it!
I bought this audible book two weeks after a break up with my narcissistic boyfriend. Learning how to cope with the grief experienced during no contact is addressed by Susan in a way that breaks it down step by step. Very helpful! As well, learning to look at my past and possible future relationships was eye opening thanks to this information. This book enables one to step out of the stick grief and move on toward a brighter future focusing finally on self care and self needs. The only thing I didn’t care for was her addressing a few things that didn’t pertain to me personally, although still very interesting. The narrator was very upbeat and easy to listen to. She made the book come alive! Very expressive. I highly recommend this book to anyone going through a break up and having difficulty coping with all the emotions that go along with it. This book will assist you in a very timely manner to go through and feel your feelings, then get over the pain you’re experiencing. Life changing!

Thorough and Tough, but a solution!
My mind couldn't leave the painful spot it was stuck on for a week until I took a stab at completing some of the relationship inventory suggest here. I wrote and wrote until my hand was sore, but I was finally able to unearth answers that allowed my denial to at least shift to anger. it's a start. very thoroughly done. it felt like she knew my ex s characteristics with knowing nothing of him. must be a common type who dumps you suddenly and then says it's your fault for making him feel like were always so good and me so bad.

I bought it out of desperation in my crisis of losing my husband of 13 years after fidelity issues on both sides and now I am learning to put boundaries in place and be more assertive in holding them in place for my own happiness

SUPER GOOD Very empowering and no-nonsense book. Author and narrator delivered excellently!! It's comforting to know that you are not alone and that something can be done about your grief, desperation, all those feelings of drowning and overwhelm! Feel all those feelings, JUST FEEL THEM. Experience the process. Don't run away from it. Face it. It may seem like it will kill you BUT IT WON'T. Learn from what happened. Learn about YOU and your patterns, avoid the wrong ones.
