I recently started listening to self improvement books. I’ve listened to most of the most recommended titles. This book’s content is fundamentally as significant in my journey to pursue a better version of myself with great performance by Susan.

Great Read!
I listened to this book in its entirety on a road trip one day. Mr Westfal gives great advice on how to deal with the fears that are keeping you from being your best version of you. Whether it’s public speaking or something larger, this will help you learn to overcome things that are unnecessarily holding you back.
