The title comes from research that shows people are happiest on Fridays. Pastor Joel Osteen writes how we can generate this level of contentment and joy every day of the week.
Known as a man who maintains a constant positive outlook in spite of circumstances, Osteen has described this message as a core theme of his ministry. Combining his personal experiences with scriptural insights and principles for true happiness, he shows listeners how every day can hold the same promise and opportunities for pure joy that they experience at five o'clock on Friday.

Pretty good book, but the religion kind of ruins it. What if you're not religious? Try to see through that and there are some lessons to take from it, but if you're super anti-religious, stay away.
I am a miracle worker. Doing what I can to choose love over fear.
I have never heard ( eh, read...) the book. However, my thought shows it all: This book is being read not listened to you read it with your heart.
If you ever have tuned into his sermons you know what you get:"Life will get better because you as the reader is important to God"
The best is yet to come.
This book is like a cake for all: Osteen offends no one. He thinks we all have great things ahead. Even non-Christians.
A self-Development book.
He callms you.
This day will never come back once it is gone we will never get it back.
yes - with a strong recommendation from a trusted colleague
sugary, southern, drippy
Good message - just repetitive and not particularly insightful
Found this book to be inspirational and calming of both mind and spirit
Joel helps remind us of how open the door to opportunity is opened wide. He reminds us that the key to open (and keep open) the door is our attitude. It is up to us to use it.
The canter of his speech brings the words to life and allow his smile to encourage us to plant the seed of encouragement to others.
When Joel shared his struggle to become his own type of minister and leader. How it was
Yes I would strongly recommend it as its an enlightening story and it can have a great impact on your view to life in general..although I am not a very religious person I loved loved the book and especially its calming and uplifting message really made my day =)
