Just What I Needed in my Life

I couldn't stop listening. I will listen again and again because it's meant to be digested in smaller increments. (I don't agree with the diet section but he does say he's not a professional.)

Eye opening. Maybe my favorite for this year!

Hope that helps me on my way to a more meaningful life. Thanks for the authors I will definetly read this again, and I already made huge differences.

This book is comparable to being placed in front of a mirror and slapped repeatedly until awake. Please beware, please read.

free your mind from the everyday stress and be inspired by a new way of thinking. This book has helped me understanding that we don't have to fill our gaps with stuff just because we miss something...we should be surrounded by things and people that add value to our life and our self...

Easy “read”

Was able to start and stop very easily with this essay format. A lot of things rang true. And now I’m going to have to rewatch Fight Club.

thought provoking and self questioning

this was good. I didn't feel like the author was talking at you like some self help or self development audio books which made consumption of the content effortless. I will definitely relisten. more importantly it has made me question myself and inspired change.

Great content...but the narrator needs help

I really wish this book was read by JFM or Ryan Nicodemus themselves...or by someone who enunciated their words clearly and slowly.
I even attempted to play it on .75 so he would slow down but then he sounded drunk and drawling. It was only then that I realized that it’s because the narrator basically doesn’t speak each word clearly and distinctly and just blurs words together. I don’t like myself being critical however I would like the narrator to listen to how the following readers: 1) JL Collins (author of Simple path to wealth), 2) Joshua Becker (from Becoming Minimalist) or 3) the narrator of “lightly” by Francine Jay
read their works and learn and improve. He does have a nice voice, if only he slowed down and spoke clearly.
The content itself was 5 STAR....an excellent curated set of work & a great alternative to perusing a blog to sift for gems of wisdom. Thank you for reading!
