This is a fantastic course, a must for everyone. In a world where the me,me, me has been promoted, he gently persuades you throughout the series to step back to include focus on the other person and the situation. This ranks up there with How to Win Friends and Influence People. Both should be revisited often.

A great tool to bump up your communication skills
Some things in this course I already knew but not exactly how to express it in words. This course has been a vessel to help me reevaluate how I communicate with others and how I can improve. It has actually helped me to communicate better on a professional level as well as with my spouse. A great listen ......worth my time spent.

So much to this course !
I found this course interesting and informative , unfortunately however I got very bored with the complexity of it all. If I were a business manager I'm sure it would be extremely helpful and as wife and Mother it gave me a mass of insight into how to avoid family conflicts. It all makes sense , I shall no doubt listen to it all again and would recommend it to others but doubt whether my husband or son would enjoy it much.
