Okay, folks here it is, a real true, honest, no BS review and I assure you, there’s absolutely no monetary benefit being passed on to me for this review. If you’ve ordered any other subliminal hypnosis self-help audio recordings/programs, once you listen to any of the Dr. Jeffrey Thompson audio recordings, you’ll never want to listen to any other subliminal program every again!!! Dr. Thompson is truly on to something that many of the other so-called subliminal-speakers/gurus are in all honesty sorely missing. In fact, I would recommend they all take a few steps back, tune in, and seriously pay attention to how real professionals like Dr. Thompson work their magic! There’s no proliferation of goofy British accents, dribble-psycho-babble, tequila-induced soothing voice overs, eerie paranormal ‘what the heck was that?’ sounds, loud peeling bells/gongs, animal echoing chants, trickling water, ‘dang, now I gotta’ go pee’ sound effects, or any other absolute silliness one finds on so many other subliminal audio tracks out there today. I don’t want to get into listing all the high-tech lingo that factors into creating these programs because quite frankly, you’d probably get very bored, very easily, but Dr. Thompson' research delves into modulated sound-pulses, some tracks accompanied by extremely pleasant music, which help in changing states of consciousness and promote various degrees of healing. The sounds were soothing and I dozed off a few times, but did not fall into a deep sleep. At the end, I took the earphones off and put my earplugs back in, and my sleep was worse than usual.
Can't say if it was due to the discomfort of the earphones, or the sound waves did not work for me. I've used alpha wave bianural beats before they worked way better for me...
