I listen to this with my SleepHeadphones (a headband with ear phones I found on Amazon). It helps me go back to sleep when i wake up in the middle of the night. Also, I am professional facilitator and consultant and I want to feel greater ease while presenting. I do not have a high degree of fear - but I do want to have less tension and worry before, during and after a program. I like the four different segments related to hypnosis and confidence and ease. And al the other meditative soothing music on all the other tracks is wonderful too. Great voice, great affirmations and way better than I expected. I'm going to go look for other stuff by Joe Thielke.
"Poorly formatted by audible"
This is 4 seperate packs in 1. Problem is that each pack is divided into two chapters. Also instructions on the packs are to repeat one pack as you sleep.
This is impossible with audible and makes the audio book useless ive asked for a refund but so far audible are ignoring me. Very disappointed and will be unsubscribing from audible for good.
The book would be fine is audible made it useable
Give me a refund for such a shoddy effort
