This is an easy to follow guided meditation to balance and cleanse the seven main chakras that are positioned between the base of the spine and the crown of the head. This meditation will introduce each of the chakras, their colour and position and provide simple visualisation techniques to balance and cleanse each one. The class has been devised and narrated by long term yoga teacher Sue Fuller. Sue is the founder of Yoga 2 Hear and a course author for the British School of Yoga.

I use this meditation as often as I can. It's straightforward, simple and clear. It's also nice and short, which is perfect for busy days.
The narration is pleasant and easy to listen to, while the background music soothes your mind.
I recommend this meditation for anyone wanting to start or change a daily practice of balancing the chakras.
