Convenient and Helpful Transition !

I enjoy Yin Yoga but after an auto accident I could not return to a formal class environment. When I was ready to be ambulatory but not able to return to class I found this perfect transition. I could work at my own pace, emulate the instructions and build strength to resume my group activity.
I enjoy the camaraderie of studio yoga.

Excellent Relaxing Gentle Yoga Stretching

Soothing Voice, clear concise instructions and accompanying PDF file makes yoga a home a reality for the absolute beginner. Highly recommend for a great stretch.

first yoga audio I was able to complete and enjoy

excellent timing and direction, Sue Fuller is the best instructor I've listened to on audio.
