I used this to prepare for all three of my births and, though my first didn't go as planned, the last two have been truly blissful. There was pain but the breathing exercises totally helped and I felt so strong. Two unmedicated births and this helped so much. It helps if you listen in a similar position to how you plan to labor and if you move during labor, just keep the breathing exercises going, they really help.
