This is a good book, and I enjoyed listening to it, but I wish Wayne's speaking was slower. Many of his audio books are spoken at a more comfortable pace than this one, so this is unusual. It's good but a bit rushed. Perhaps he was timed when he read it.
YES! Wayne is the BEST! I ALWAYS learn about MYSELF more and more when I read his stuff!

This is an excellent book! I have listened to it more than once and reading it as well. Dr. Dyer has once again shown simple things to do to make a big difference in my life!
I have listened to this Program 3 times since my purchase and each time I get more out of the Dr. Dyer's philosophy. Being in Balance is a must have if you are working on the development of your spirituality.

Being in Balance!
Listening to Wayne's first hand account of where he's been and where he's at caused me to see right away that his messge and his experience is real. It came at a time where I was truly needing a deeper connection to my-self to find my inner truths. To live happy, clean, free of worry or monkeys on my back.
I FINALLY ~ after 34 years of smoking cigarettes ~ put them down to rest!!! It was UNBELIEVABLE even to me - the fact that I didn't even have an urge!! Then it just so happened that I caught a real bad flu abuot two weeks into it and that just shut it tight for me and kept me on board long enough not to relapse. So ALL credit to the Universe/God for listening and responding to my prayer and putting this particular audible information in my ears at the time that I asked for it and thank you even for the flu! I am FREE of any burdens that I brought on myself thanks to Being In Balance! When I tell you, that to me, this is a REAL MIRACLE ... NOT TO EVEN HAVE AN URGE ... NO JONES! WAAAOOOWWW!!! I mean it so very sincerely!!!
The message he shares is one of total EMPOWERMENT. That you really feel that YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT ... whatever it is that's got you weighed down, you can LET IT TO REST! LET IT GO! Oh if you only knew - how hard it's been for me over the years and how much I've suffered in fear of dying an agonizing death because of my own helplessness in not being able to stop smoking since I was 15 years old!
I love Dr. Wayne. His approach is life is so very beautiful and optimistic. I feel like I have experienced something deep and transformative after listening to his books. He is like a personal life coach! really amazing.
The contents and presentation were perfectly inline with where I am today.
It met my expectations and went beyond with fresh and useful suggestions.
Don't know. Prefer Dr. Dyer as far as I know.
Any self-promotion which was minimal and perhaps required by his publishing company.
"Insightful and Inspiring"
I admire Wayne Dyer. This book is full of wisdom. The narration seemed too fast so I did need to set to a slower pace. Recommend.
