By No Means a Quantum Anything

Would you try another book from Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler and/or Arika Escalona Rapson?

No. Can't trust the description of what I'm buying.

What could Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Name it and advertise is accurately. This is a book with some practical ways to change your habits, and share some basic brain science principles.

What aspect of Arika Escalona Rapson’s performance would you have changed?

The forced enthusiasm is a bit jarring, especially early in the recording.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Some good ideas for personal change. I like the "Act as If" suggestion but you don't need to buy a book for that.

Any additional comments?

Don't use the term "Quantum" to sell a book unless it's used therein. Specifically, a reference in the first part of the book states that a quantum leap is when an object moves from one location to another without crossing the physical space in between, appearing at the new location in a "different state". That's simply incorrect and misleading.
