My name is Tiffany Williams-Jallow and I have a show on BlogTalkRadio that is all about relationships. Oftentimes on my show, we look at factors that hinder relationships. This audiobook promotes the idea that it is possible to overcome substance abuse through treatment and other interventions; in other words to experience a turnaround and get on the road to full recovery. But that's not all you'll discover in this highly effective guide on how to stop substance abuse. You'll also learn:
Upon listening to this audiobook, you will be able to easily answer the question "Am I An Alcoholic?" plus learn helpful tips for staying drug and alcohol free while working to repair, build and maintain positive, long-lasting, character-based relationships.

If you want to stop drinking, you would be better off spending $5 on some cheap booze.
The author has provided statistics and general knowledge about alcoholism. It is like a page on Wikipedia about alcoholism. The author probably does not drink, and there is nothing in here which will help you quit. The title is totally misleading. I wish I could get my money back.
This book makes it easy for the reader to understand what makes it hard for them to stop drinking and why they started in the first place and finally how to put down the bottle successfully. I highly recommend getting this book if you suspect you have a drinking problem and wish to stop.
if you are to the point of wanting guidance for am alcohol problem this is not the book for you. this author gives you definitions of addiction problems that you already know. waste of time.
