This book bring solace to my soul
Byron Katie‘s work has had a profound impact on my life and more importantly my quality of life. It is so refreshing to remember that life simply is what it is.
I like to listen to this book occasionally to remind myself, or the ‘myself’ that I perceive myself to be, of these beautiful truths.

Life changing
What did you love best about A Thousand Names for Joy?
Katie is on another plane but she's here to help us reach a higher ground. It's something to keep practicing. Can't just listen to it once and walk away. She opens doors for us and, I, for one am grateful for these recordings.
What does Byron Katie and Stephen Mitchell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Listening is definitely easier than reading it. It seems to be more absorbable that way.
