Change your perspective!
I believe this book covers all details necessary for solving today's problems for tommorows future. I Highly recommended this book for the scientific method of explaining how things are operating on a day by day basis.

A revolutionary thought of sorts
A very thoughtful idea with merit indicating that our subconscious is the explanation of the outcome of our lives and must be modified for change/ modifications/improvement; or even to go along with what is chosen by the conscious mind.
Very well done but the background may be a bit complicated for some readers and the end gets a bit political but reasonable.

Brilliant!
This is my favorite of Bruce Lipton's works. I've listened to it multiple times.
I love what he says about the importance of perception. We truly are more powerful than we realize.
I highly recommend this audiobook, which is read by Bruce Lipton himself.

Fascinating research
Dr. Lipton did a great job of not only delving deep into the biology of our cells, but translating it into real life application. Was brought here from a musician I listen to, and I am glad that I did! Not only do you get a lesson on biology and the conscious mind, he throws in a bit of a history lesson as well! A very wholesome and holistic perspective of the world and how intimately connected we are to everything around and inside us. A must listen in my opinion. Peace out ✌🏼
