A quick look at SAD

If you have ever wondered whether you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder you can get a good idea of the cause and the symptoms right here. To be certain, this is nota comprehensive text on the disorder, this is more in line to a pamphlet, just giving a quick overview about the illness. There is enough there to alert you that you may need to go see a professional, but it certainly will not diagnose you. So, if you get this, and suspect you are a sufferer, then go see someone ASAP

Lehman does a fine job narrating the piece, she has a nice calming and soothing voice.
